Analysts are divided on the strength of the co-ceo business model. To some, it can make a firm doubly efficient. Or, it can lead to turf wars and duplication. Champions and critics of the model agree that a company’s success depends on the co-ceos’ ability to lead together while focusing on their unique strengths and working to the same plan.
On September 22, you’ll get a rare opportunity to hear Co-Chief Executive Officers of Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee Inc., Michael and Paul Higgins offer insights int- the viability of the co-ceo business model. They will also share ideas on business succession planning and talk about leading this third-generation company in an increasingly competitive global arena.
Bring your questions about how business co-leadership might be appropriate for your clients and learn from two seasoned co-ceos who have made the concept work.
